Emailmate Services are designed to be used by adults. You may only use Emailmate Services if you are not minor under the applicable laws of your local jurisdiction. If you have reason to believe that any child has provided us their personal data, please report them to us with specific details so that we may be able to remove their personal data from our system. You understand that we cannot conduct a foolproof verification process to know with certainty whether a particular user is minor. We own no liability if a minor has given us their personal data by representing him or herself as an adult.
As a service provider, Emailmate needs to collect, process and keep your information for provision of Emailmate Services. Your information will be used for the operation of Emailmate Services only. We will keep and use your information to enable Emailmate to create your User Account, authenticate you every time you login, distinctly identify you to keep track of your use of Emailmate Services, maintain the record of our registered users, provide you with Emailmate Services, maintain the security of our system, compile user statistics, determine your geographical location, enforce Emailmate Terms and applicable laws, analyze your preferences, and provide a positive user experience.
If you do not provide your information, you will not be able to create your User Account. However, you can visit Emailmate.com and view the content without creating your User Account. In this case, we may automatically collect your IP address or other browsing information for analytics purposes.
We may sometimes process user information to protect our legitimate business interests such as to prevent fraud or for reporting potential crimes or administrative purposes.
If you decide to use our paid services, we will collect your payment method details with our third-party payment processing service provider. All payment related details are secured and transmitted through encryption services. We don’t store any credit card details within our systems.

Emailmate Services are hosted and operated from our hosting service provider’s facilities in USA and are subject to the applicable laws of the State of California, United States. Such hosting service providers use information only to the extent required for the storage of data. In no case, the hosting services provider uses or processes your information for any other purpose. At times, we may need to transfer your information from one hosting services to another or even from one territorial jurisdiction to another, such transfer shall not be made to any country which has laws providing less protection to your information than that of the USA. If you are accessing Emailmate Services from EU member countries and are resident of the EU member states, please note that you have special rights in accordance with the GDPR.
We use advanced data collection, storage and processing methods and practices of industry standards to protect your information against any unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, breach, disclosure, theft or destruction of your information. However, the transmission and storage of information over the internet are not 100% safe and secure. We cannot guarantee that your information is completely secure. We will not be liable for any theft, misused, illegal transfer, destruction or disclosure by any third party or by our accidental omission. You understand that your use of Emailmate Services involves risk to which you assume in full.
We retain your information as long as we reasonably need that information for provision of Emailmate Services or as the case may be you cancel your User Account and request us to erase your information from our systems.

In addition, you may request to transfer information to any third party specified by you. You have right to know how your information being used and may restrict and object the processing of your information. You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your information at any time. Such withdrawal will not affect the legality of information before the time the consent was withdrawn.
